The Antonoff family has been a cornerstone in the commercial real
estate business since 1962. During the first six years of business
from their base in Denver, Gary Antonoff and his father Ben Antonoff
developed retail and multi-family properties locally and in Boston,
Minneapolis, Washington, D.C., Kansas City, Detroit, San Leandro and
San Jose. The year 1968 brought the advent of syndication and
brokerage, substantially widening the family’s business base and
sphere of influence. The family operated as Antonoff & Co. from 1968
through 1990, building and redeveloping neighborhood shopping
centers and manufactured housing projects, and working on numerous
build-to-suit projects, mostly along the Front Range and in the
District of Columbia.
In 1990 Antonoff Miller Properties was formed through the merger
of Antonoff & Co. and Beardsley Miller Properties. The merged entity
employed more than 200 people and engaged in a full range of
commercial real estate activities including development, retail
leasing, investment sales, and specialized consulting services to
owners and tenants. Gary’s son Doug joined Antonoff Miller in 1991,
after having practiced real estate and corporate law at Brownstein
Hyatt Farber and Madden for five years. Doug’s addition marked the
third generation of the Antonoff family involved in commercial real
estate.
Gary Antonoff departed Antonoff Miller in 1991 and formed
Antonoff & Co. Brokerage, Inc. with Doug Antonoff and Dr. Jeffrey
Hirschfeld, a veteran in the commercial real estate industry.
Antonoff & Co. Brokerage, Inc. was created to specialize in
providing a wide range of retail brokerage services including tenant
and landlord representation and the sale of retail land and
investment properties. Doug also continued the Antonoff tradition of
real estate development activities at the helm of Saturn Development
Corp. There he notably developed a 300-acre manufactured housing
community in the northeast Denver metropolitan area.
Antonoff & Co. Brokerage, Inc. offers its clients a team of
exceptional, experienced brokers. Doug Antonoff and Jeffrey
Hirschfeld each have over 20 years of retail brokerage experience.
Steve Sebern and Gene Stone, who both joined the firm in 2005, each
brought over 30 years of retail leasing experience. Tom DiGregorio
came on board in 2007, adding over another twenty years of
experience working with landlords and tenants. Joseph Langran, a
veteran tenant representative, joined the brokerage in 2011 to
strengthen that side of the business.
When you hire one of our brokers you are hiring more than a
century of experience in commercial real estate. Moreover, you are
engaging a firm that has a long reputation for integrity and honest
dealing. Since we are also a developer and owner/manager of
commercial properties, we understand how to create value and how to
view transactions from the perspective of our clients.
We are different from most other real estate brokerage firms in that
we not only encourage all of our brokers to work as a team, we
demand it. It is our belief that teamwork, an open exchange of
information and ideas, and collective problem solving fosters a
pleasant working environment for our brokers and, more importantly,
helps us to best serve our clients. Through three generations of
commitment to the retail real estate industry, we have built an
incredible base of knowledge, and have established a proven track
record of excellence and thoughtful, strategic service to our
clients.
Antonoff & Co. Brokerage, Inc. offers you excellent results
through integrity, service, knowledge, experience,
attention-to-detail, perseverance and tenacity. We welcome the
opportunity to compete for your next commercial real estate
assignment, whether it be development, leasing, tenant
representation, investment sales or land sales. |
